Abstract

Walker’s celestial vision is subtly weaved through an artistic elaboration
of rebellious responses, and the presence of the author is often felt through an
undercurrent of an outrageous struggle against antihuman forces. As an artist, Walker
does not dictate moral verdict, and her aversion for escapist attitude is aesthetically
conveyed through real life situations. A state of moral ecstasy emerges when cosmic
dynamism and image of God is transmitted through the constructive thinking of mutual
trust and endurance.
