International Journal of English and Education (IJEE)

The International Journal of English and Education (IJEE) is dedicated to promoting the unrestricted dissemination of scholarly knowledge through an open access publishing model. The journal believes that academic research in English language, literature, linguistics, education, and related disciplines should be freely available to researchers, educators, students, and the wider community without financial or institutional barriers. Therefore, all published articles are made immediately and permanently accessible online at no cost to readers.

All articles published in IJEE are available under an open access model, enabling users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, and link to the full text of articles for non-commercial scholarly purposes. The journal follows the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial (CC BY-NC) license, which permits the non-commercial use, sharing, and reproduction of published content in any medium, provided appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and the source.

Authors publishing in IJEE retain the copyright of their work while granting the journal the right to publish and distribute the article. This approach ensures that authors maintain ownership of their intellectual property while allowing their research to reach a global audience through unrestricted online access.

The journal's open access policy enhances the visibility, accessibility, and impact of published research. By removing subscription barriers, IJEE encourages greater academic collaboration, increases citation opportunities, and supports the exchange of ideas among researchers, educators, language professionals, and policymakers across different regions of the world. Open access also facilitates the integration of research findings into teaching, learning, curriculum development, and educational practice.

IJEE follows a no submission fee policy. Authors are not required to pay any charges for manuscript submission, peer review, or publication. The journal does not impose Article Processing Charges (APCs), submission fees, page charges, or publication fees, ensuring that researchers have equal opportunities to publish their work regardless of institutional or financial circumstances.

To preserve the long-term availability of scholarly content, all published articles are maintained within the journal's digital archive and are made available through recognized indexing and abstracting services where applicable. This ensures permanent accessibility, enhances discoverability, and supports the continued scholarly impact of published research.

Through its open access publishing model, the International Journal of English and Education (IJEE) remains committed to advancing research, encouraging global academic collaboration, and making high-quality scholarly work freely accessible to the international research community.
