The study mainly investigated the association between different length of service years and Continuous Professional Development (CPD) needs. The subjects of the study were three English teachers from which the data gathered through open-ended interview protocol. The paper discusses the importance of defining needs to be able to interpret the types of needs each finding represent. The study revealed that length of service year indeed contributes to the different needs of professional development of these English teachers.
