Mentor-mentee’s relationship is so vital in all fields, especially in the educational arena. The mentor is the one who plays the role of a “trainer”, while the mentee is the one who receives that training and advice from an experienced one. Mentees can work alone, but if they do that under a direct supervision and guidance, they will excel in a better way. The environment in which this job is performed should be healthy and encouraging—understanding administration, cooperative colleagues, industrious learners, etc. In order for the researchers to get a clear picture of Mentor-mentee’s job, they distributed a questionnaire among (20) male and female teachers in AL Dhahirah Region-Ibri- the Sultanate of Oman. All the responses were positive and recommended that there should always be training courses, meetings, sessions, and symposia regarding this matter. Discussion, recommendations, and explanation will be highlighted in detail throughout this paper.
